There are times when life just seems all mixed up. Several times I looked at my situation and I just wanted out, but God would not let me. Times like these are a real challenge. It seems like nothing is going right. That was certainly the case for the Israelites in Exodus chapters 1 and 2. They were the people of God, but they had become slaves of the Egyptians. They must have been wondering, how God could leave them in this situation?
