Everyone has a few moments that are defining moments in their lives. When they look back over the path of their lives, they will see that those one or two moments completely altered the trajectory of their lives. The same thing is true with faith. Each of us will have those moments that define our relationship with the Lord. Abraham’s moment came when God asked him to sacrifice his son to Him. Abraham’s response to God demonstrated faith, love, and total obedience. He followed the Lord faithfully in the face of the most incredible sacrifice that a person would have to make. The title of this sermon is “All In,” from Genesis 22.
