Flexible ways to turn in your forms:

• Complete two-sided forms for each child attending
• Drop off the completed form or packet to the church office M-F from 9am-5pm
• Scan and /or e-mail to [email protected], and pay registration fee online
• Snail mail to Wayside Kidz Camp, 7701 SW 98 St., Miami, FL 33156 and include $25 registration fee

WALK IN!

Register by coming on the Monday of the first day of each week of camp. Our staff will greet you at the Kidz Ministry entrance or in the Kidz Ministry office after 9:30am.
